Well this is a new one! In my old store i was used to getting OT upon more OT and in my new store, i was asked to leave 15 minutes early today because i accidentally clocked out late one day... I was a little surprised by it to be honest. I didn't realize stores were THAT stingy about it. I guess from now on i'll make sure to clock out right on the minute!! I made sure to clock out at 12:45 today, not a minute over.
If your overtime was not approved by management, they have every right to "ask" you to leave early. at my store if we go over a certain amount of overtime hours for the entire store; management has to report to district offices to get "chewed out."
