Quick question. Does anybody know if the EUID number your given some how connected to your time clock set up? I mean I know you get all those numbers and what not during orientation as the initial connection. But say, if your finger prints don't work in the time clock for a period of time, does that nix your EUID working too? Cause I know for a while myself and many other peeps in the Deli/Bakery Depts. have not been able to sign into the RF guns since moving to the new store. And we have changed our passwords in passport(for me multiple times). Also for me and others, they weren't able to clock in either so we were writing our names, position, and time in and time out down manually to keep track of things.
However, I got my finger prints re-set today and I was wondering if that would have changed anything with the RF or not. I'm thinking not but not quite sure. Funny thing is though, I can used my EUID and password on Great People to check my schedule and what not. But it acts like it does not work or know me at all in the gun. Have to always have my team leader or dept. head sign in and I piggy back off their log in for the day.
The only way I could see the EUID and kronos connected is you use your EUID to log into greatpeople.me.
With a new store, your credentials need to be changed from the old store to the new store. Ask the store manager to check and make sure your Telxon credentials are correct. After they fix it, change your password again. Don't use caps or apostrophes. The telxon only accepts lower case and numbers.
They changed my telxon credentials to the new store before the old store was closed. I had to use someone elses' EUID to do the orders. Also, the time clock for the new store only worked part time. I think they have the bugs out of it now.

Thanks a lot. I'll try and see if I can get with the store manager about it tomorrow.
