A customer was in a hurry to go number #2 in the bathroom that he missed the toilet and pooped on the floor. The customer then stepped on his poop and tracked it all over the bathroom floor. Anyone cleaned up poop/vomit at their stores?
I've cleaned up poop. It was EVERYWHERE. It was on the floor, the wall, and toilet. It's like someone had extreme diarrhea. It smelt terrible and it made me wanna puke. I had to close the whole bathroom down so I could get it cleaned up. Bleck, it was gross.

Just be glad it was in the bathroom. I remember one woman did it in a checklane.

Try doing bathroom, 1 checklane, FE, three aisles and Frozen / Dairy. All from one person who just let it go. That was fun. Least we got to get the floor scrubber on it too.
Yep. When I was a courtesy, some kid puked down one of the aisles and his dad told me. Me, being a new hire and all, knew that we were not supposed to touch ANYTHING that came from the human body. I handed the guy paper towels, disinfectant, and a bag politely telling him I don't clean that stuff. Well he got all huffy and ensured I got a visit to management. They weren't mad.... Buuuut... They were not happy. I got to see how to properly clean up bodily fluids in a safe manner. They said it was "bonus training just for me" because I seemed like a "good worker."
I call bs. They had me watch the training video especially for me, because 'you can't have a parent clean up after their own child.'
Another time, some asshat decided to poop all over the men's restroom, THEN divide it into smaller piles. Plus he pissed everywhere too. After donning the "hazmat suit" we have, I cleaned it up. Luckily I "regrew" my nose hairs and eyebrows shortly after. That stank worse than hot a$$.
I feel like if you've been in retail long enough you've been asked or forced to clean up **** at least once.
The worst one I've ever seen was a heavyset older gentleman was checking out at the register right behind me, goes to pull out his wallet out of his back pocket, pulls out some cash and goes "uh oh".
Apparently he'd **** himself during the course of his shopping trip without knowing, because his hand, wallet, and bills were all covered in poo. You could see some faint brown streak over some parts of the counter where he'd rested his hands too. yuck
Yes I clean it up all the time. I mean just about everyday. Some people cannot handle it and that is OK. I even gag when it's bad enough. But some people at my store just think they are too good to do it. They are like I am not doing that no way. Well it takes a man to do it. Have to get the hose out and just spray it down. When we had a remodel the restrooms were closed. One had did it all the way from the front all the way to the back it was a trail. He was trying to find the restrooms in the back.
