you left a lot of important information from your post: How long have you worked for the company? How many people are below you on the schedule? What dept? Do you have an availability?
So they said they would fix it hahahaha not like the last time where they "fixed" it. I'm certain I have a higher chance of ****ting gold coins then them actually fixing anything.
This store's so messed up I'm not even enrolled on the time clock along with about a hundred others who all have to write their names and hours worked in a binder up front. Sure I wasn't entered on schedule. Kronos a scre.w with you company named after the Greek god of time and a highly ineffective time record system. Where you lose minutes of your break and lunches signing in and out.
So I don't need an override at all. I just sign into the binder I highly suspect the bookkeeper doesn't even check hours worked against the schedule but what? I asked multiple managers supervisors and leads including the one directly above me who said nothing about coming in on my seven days off to get any hours.
I severely need money for the upcoming day of food and now I get to suffer because Kroger and all the managers are so highly dysfunctional at actually solving employee issues. I know they specialize in being inefficient to get higher in the organization. At least at this sh:th0le of incompetence a$$lickers.
My fault thinking this was a reputable company and joining it.
