I've heard at other retailers that there's a process to rehire employees who left less than 3 months ago without making them go back through training. Does Kroger have anything similar?
I'm away for months at a time for school and they rehire me to work summers and holidays. Never had to do training unless required. Normally, our hiring person just gives me the usual paperwork and administers the drug test, though it's much more convenient if you have that stuff done during a job fair to speed things up.
