So I'm kind of an new employee at kroger and I been having problems with the schedule because I have only been scheduled to work for only 2 days out of a month and I have been following the schedule online (eshedule) and I want to know what schedule is really official the online one or the paper one or do I call my store and ask
The official schedule is the paper schedule posted at the store in or near the break room.
I have never seen an update for the schedule on eschedule. So, it is risky to believe that schedule it your days off change often.
2 days in a month! They might think that you quit. You need to go in person and speak to the hiring director, a store manager or co manager and get direct answers. Hopefully, you will be able to straighten this out.
It is possible the schedule writer forgot to give you hours. That is when you ask what days you work. Don't wait a month to ask.
So never look on eschudule at all because I asked my manager is eschudule accurate and she said yes they only do one week at a time so that's why I haven't been seeing the other hours that I work
