as a full time Kroger Employee do i get three days off with Pay ?
Depends on your contract.
In my contract, yes for immediate family.
Look in your contract under Leaves:
"Up to three days leave of absence with pay for scheduled time lost up to and including the day of the funeral......"
"Up to an additional 3 days off without pay if necessary"
