I received my W-2 and found that only half of my taxes paid in were reported. I contacted the help desk and they referred me to the Greatpeople.me and to check the pay receipts there. I advised them that I have my pay stubbs and they do not match. The individual maintained that they were correct on line and I that was the end of it. Per Federal Law, I have not received a correct W-2 by January 31 and I must now take another course. I have checked my pay receipts for the 2017 year and the same is true. Only half of what has been paid from my checks has been reported. I need to speak with a human who will assist me.
