How long did it take for people in your stores to get used to using the self checkouts? Our district just switched to them and people are resisting. They think they are going to "save jobs" by going through the lines with this passive resistance. How long does it take before they give up and start using the machines?
I cannot believe these things are not filled up all over retail stores in the midwest the way they are in any other big city I have been to. No one gives an Eff in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or California about if they have a clerk checking them out. Tel your kids to go to college and save America! Invent something FFS! Yes we will be replaced by machines. So get rich creating some. :P
