It better include the $2.00 pay raises for front end, higher starting pay for new hires, profit sharing, *normal* one hour lunch (like most companies give for an 8 hour work day), and most important, SICK DAYS. And NO MORE pro-rated vacation time, if you take a week for vacation you MUST get paid for 40 hours!!!!!
Without pressure from a union Walmart did in April 2015 a buck and then another buck in February 2016, just ask any Walmart employee. Only us stupid Kroger employees would work for the lowest wages in Atlanta even waffle House pays far above Kroger
I was hoping with the new contract, the employees get higher raises and better pay. At least offer $9 or $10 an hr. Kroger has no excuse to still be paying minimum wage when everyone else is pretty much paying more. We'll see how that goes...
