What do you need to know?

There is normally a copy in the break room on a bulletin board.

Your shop steward should have one or be able to find you a hard copy.  Most of the old timers will have a copy stashed somewhere.  I have access to three copies.

Call your district union rep and ask for a copy.

Call you local union president. Let them know you need one. They will bring it to your store/department. 

Good luck getting a copy. None of the Kroger stores I have worked in have "extra" copies available. Oh sure, our union steward has a copy, but at best, she'll let you look at it for a few minutes and that's it. Anyway, the current UFCW Local 1000 contract technically expired June 3rd and Kroger/UFCW keep extending it without disclosing any details as to how the negotiations are going, so even if you can get a copy of the contract from someone, who knows how long it will even be valid.
