I had a customer tell me they weren't coming back to our store ever again. Because I wouldn't substitute legs or wings. Our 8 piece is on sale for a reason and it's not so that we can substitute pieces. It is so we can get rid of all the chicken. Every time our chicken goes on sale she says this. Yet she always comes back and we always say the same thing.

One time a customer was complaining about an item that wasn't on sale, her argument was "well it's on sale at Wal-Mart". Gave the cashier a hard time and demanded a manager.

The store manager showed up and straight up told her "This is Kroger, ma'am". And that was that lol. Love when the managers don't take any BS.
