So the dairy department I work in has only 3 people 2 full-time one part time in college. One of the full-timers has to work in nutrition because they are apparently short staffed. So basically we only have 2 people working dairy in my store & I hate it because my lead doesn't cleanup,do markdowns,or even breakdown milk trucks useless a manager tells him to. So is your dairy department any better?
Two. One full timer who works seven days a week (comes in and does his orders on his off days) and a part timer that is more often than more called over to help frozen/nutrition.
This is pretty bad to say. But I only knew of the dairy manager we had at the old store. As he would often show up to meetings. However shortly into moving with us to the new store, he left for a Zanesville branch somewhere. And now, I have not a clue who works over in dairy. But it can't be too many people I'd imagine as every time I have to go to our back doughnut table down that way, there are always customers looking for someone to ask about dairy items. And I can't really tell em **** or find anybody to help either half the time.
