Well I've been away from Kroger for a little over a year now, but it was the political primary season when I was let go.  I still got UFCW newsletters until after the 2016 election season.  As most of you know the UFCW is heavily affiliated with Democratic candidates.  When they send out endorsements on who to vote for, they endorse over 95% Democratic.  

Anyway here in WV the UFCW endorsed Jim Justice the Democratic candidate for Governor and probably spent a lot of money towards his campaign.  What makes me laugh my ass off is Governor Justice just yesterday announced he is switching to the Republican party.  Can't wait to hear what the Union has to say about that.
