Ok so I had 1st day of orientation today, went through everything filled out a bunch of stuff watched videos well Wednesday night I'm going in 10-6am to do stuff on computers and whatever. She showed me so much stuff today I was confused and I really hate asking stuff that's already been told to me so I thought I'd ask here I got a stack of papers it says start fresh on the side then the other side it says phase 1 shifts 1&2 then has a bunch of questions on each page. Do I have to fill this stuff out each shift or was it just given to me?? I'm confused lol its got papers for 42 shifts?
You have to do the Fresh Start guide. Some of the stuff is basically busy work, in my opinion. Kinda like when you had a substitute in k-12. But it's important to keep up since management checks in occasionally. Spend about 10 minutes at the end of each shift filling it out. Should take a couple weeks worth of shifts to fill it out.
