A get your store manager involved.Try to get it resolved at the store level before you go to the next step.If it doesn't work then you can bring the union rep in.Though I found the union reps don't do too much for you other than keep you from waking up and getting fired.If it still doesn't work you fan file a complaint with Kroger Ethics Board.Though do be prepared for a union, manager rep conversation.Only use this as a last resort.
