Working at a different kroger due to flooding, how can I stay here?
My store was flooded and now I'm working at another one that's smaller but I really wanna stay here. I know my store manager won't let me go (has said several times she would never let me leave ) how can I stay here?
If you haven't accumulated too much seniority or time, you could always quit and re-apply at the other store. If you do quit and you're in the union, be sure to get a union card from your union representative so you don't have pay union initiation fees again. Also, make sure you give two weeks notice so you don't get put on the do not re-hire list.
