This applies to all openings for lead, back up, or department head. Anytime a job gets posted, you need to find out why the previous person stepped down from that position. If a department is constantly having to replace their department leaders, it should automatically send up a red flag.
It's the easiest department!!! But doesn't get paid as much..but so easy it's worth it
Well.............yeah, as long as you can stand the CCCOOOOLLLLLLDDDDDD (BBBRRRR!!!) And, (at some stores, anyway) too small of a freezer to cram all the frozen stuff in!
Yeah backup frozen isn't an official title around here at least. you might be the one who puts on orders if the lead is off but you won't get any extra pay for it.
It's not hard! You have to order strategically, know your minimums and when to order more for sale days. However, IT IS very hard when it gets to holidays and seasonal ( like summer times ).
