Where are the results for the employee surveys for 2017?

I would like to see the results and it just seems to have disappeared and no one's talking about it.

Whatever the actual results are, Kroger will spin it to make themselves coming out smelling like a rose.  They'll do that or they'll use it to implement some new policy and say that Kroger employees asked for it.  An example would be having to have requests in two weeks before  the Sunday of the week of the day you want off.  In some cases, you have to think almost three weeks ahead.  Kroger claims it gives employees more time to plan things when in fact it gives you less time.  It leaves no time to ask off when something comes up on the spur of the moment.

Don't know about your store, but at my store, almost every week's schedule ends up being CHANGED at least somewhat, again and again (so by the time the actual week is here, whatever the schedule was (when it was made out 2 and 1/2 weeks in advance) has been, in the meantime, altered considerably........  so the "benefit" of seeing the schedule that far ahead and being able to plan ahead, is CANCELED OUT by subsequent changes being made as the actual week gets closer.

Dude, I thought that was just my store as well. I mean it started out fine having a normal schedule where you saw when you were having off and what hours that are coming up. And then it gradually turned into a "Hey, (insert my name here), we're gonna change your hours cause so and so forgot to put in for a particular day off as she'll be out of town. So we are changing your hours from this to this." Or when someone comes in with a note saying they can't be there for their shift cause they are having their apartment fumigated or whatever and what day off I had again changed on a dime. And that was when I was part-time.

They tried to even call me in a couple of days ago cause someone screwed up the scheduling and there would have been one person covering after the deli opener left for the day. But as I was coming in for a closing shift anyway. I had stayed up late the night before and was sleep when they had tried to call me in at 7 a.m.(DH had asked me when I came in at my regular time, if I had a phone that worked. And I told him I just never heard it ringing. As I was ASLEEP) And to be frank with ya. I'm glad I missed that call. It was a Sunday as is and I and even they should know by now that my dad likes to go to church on a Sunday(we have one car and as I don't drive he drops me off). So figuring as I had to come in later, I was giving him a chance to sleep in a little bit more himself and head to church that day. And no way in the world was I going to set myself up again to be coming in at all kinds of crazy hours for them now that I'm full time. If I wasn't originally scheduled for it, I'm not coming in earlier any more. As is, when I am there on closing now, I have to be closing parts of the dept. I've NEVER been trained for as they can never manage to get a closer for them lately. Not cool to try and get my mornings too like that.

But yea, I've heard plenty of times if you get on the DH's bad side enough or whatever. He will go in and screw up your hours too sometimes. Or totally take you OFF the schedule. So far hasn't happened to me. But I wouldn't be surprised either. But then it would screw everybody else all the more if he did it to me like he has done it to others. Mainly because I'm the sole floor filler they have for bakery and closer down there majority of the time still given that 2 of the other workers are college students and can't come in. And the other chick is trying to find a way to go to days only. And I do my job rather well in both Deli and bakery. So to start screwing up my stuff would put him on somebody's radar, I'd imagine. But I still keep my ears and eyes open just in case.
