Sounds like Communist Russia. "You will do and say what I tell you to do and say!" No freedom to be completely honest about what is good and bad about the situation you are in. People here in the modern USA are getting close to clueless about the freedoms we have, and how they are being threatened every day, even in apparently "innocent" ways.
The whole store getting a prize or just management? That's pretty shoddy if management is making employees win THEM a prize. It should be for the WHOLE store and ALL employees. NOT just management.
