Bribing customers for good OSAT

Not only do they get 50 fuel points for doing it, but I give 50 points for bag credit to each customer for doing a good survey, whether they have bags or not. This OSAT is such a bunch of crap. I get a $5 card for each shout out of my name. I used to get excited about shirts and hats and jackets, but how many can one use?

I don't need any more "Presidents Award" shirts or stuff. Between all the gift cards and free lunches, I have scored big time.

We all know how to game the system. But it's actually more fun to have a good customer we like to write a lousy survey just to get someone in trouble. People better be nice to us, or else!!!!

Wow! The same problem in Kroger central div.

We had a great store mgr, but I guess the DM didn't like him. The DM is a real dick! He transferred our boss to a ****ty store and brought one of his "boys" in to take his place. The new guy is just not a nice guy. What a surprise that OSAT scores went way down. I wonder why? LOL  I didn't realize that just a few highly unsatisfied a week can really piss the new guy off. Must make the DM pissed off too. Too bad!
