Every 6 months you get a raise until you reach Job step 500 (I believe). I'm not sure of the Accrued credit quantity, but I think it has to do with the videos and tests you watch and take. It seems like every time I do any of those my Accrued credit goes up.
you will get the total of work units you need to work until you reach your next job step. There is 500 job steps everybody needs to go through to reach the top of their pay.
Not sure what your credited quantity is in, it looks like weeks in your case. Mine shows in hours.
So the accrued is how much you already worked.
Remaining is how much you need to still work to reach the required quantity, which in your case is 26.
Every time you reach the required quantity, you will get a pay raise. This will be the next pay rate. After this, the counter for accrued quantity will reset and it will start showing new hours/weeks that you have worked, new remaining quantity that you still need to work to get to your next job step and the pay raise.
In my place, the required work units may change. So sometimes I need to work 800 hrs to reach the pay raise, sometimes 600, and it was over a 1000 when I started. It may change (based on your contract) based on how long you have worked at your store, or based on you job category, like GM or grocery.
