And thankfully I wasn't one of the folks helping peeps decorate the cupcakes. As usual and as I knew would happen, I had a lot to package again, no time to label anything, re-filled the floor 3 times, and took care of the other key things that needed to be done. And thankfully one of the peeps working the cupcakes helped me a bit in the last hour. But still there was some stuff left over that I'm sure they bitched about it this morning. But I do not care, if they leave me with a ton of crap to do, then I will do what I can. But sometimes you can handle a bit of trash and a few damaged scan out items. Not like it's rocket science as our DH would say.

Well ours is next Monday. We're doing cookie decorating with the kids. At least I have someone in my dept who wants to do it so that's a plus.

Yea, we are having another one on Monday as well from 4 to 6. But they are calling it something Halloween Night or somebody's party or other, from 4 to 6. I think they will be doing more cupcakes and cookie decorations as well that night. I'm just happy I'll be off that day and don't have to worry about the stress of closing that night.

However it sucks, that I won't really be able to do much that night anyway, as I have to go to bed early so I can get up early to continue my week of floor setting hours. Which honestly is going to suck as I have to do it for like a greater majority of the week til Friday when I do an 8 to 4. So I'm going to be one tired ass come Saturday.
