NONE!   biggrin.gif

OK, if someone  held a gun to my head and said "PICK A DEPARTMENT!!!!!"  I would say "DRUG GM" because the dept heads of that dept (at my store) seem to be SLIGHTLY more laid back than others. But maybe I am wrong and don't see the Big picture??!!??

If a department head position opens up because the current department head is,  retiring, moving away, has received a promotion, or quitting for medical reasons, then it's okay to put in for the position.  If the position opens up because somebody stepped down, then it should send up a red flag.

I saw people in Mgmt Training recently, I was like WHY? SUCKERS! If Store Manager are getting fired, Asst. Store Managers quitting, why would you go into Mgmt?

Id say frozen, I think. Stressful, but it still seems basically the same as always. Just work like a dog, get your truck done, keep your cooler clean. Orders and backstock. Problem is, none of the OT help but I think with a good worker in your department, it can be manageable. But I know saying this is gonna have someone pissed at me. Im not saying its easy. Youre still working like a dog and dealing with meat dept and vendors, but the success seems... achievable, depending on how far youre willing to go. Other depts are just... impossible, it seems. And the rest are impossible to get staffed.
