I missed the dept. head meeting yesterday so I didn't see it. But i'm assuming they made no mention as to how they're going to "restock" our number of hires? To actually provide the help so we can actually have associates TO develop?
How about giving us more bagger help? Customers has to help cashiers bag. I am not looking forward to working holidays because we will not have any help. What is wrong with Kroger?
One of the funniest things about Kroger, is the way they want you to be with customers. Make sure you speak, smile, and walk them to what they are looking for. Make small talk along the way but once they get to the front end, make them scan and bag their own stuff.
