Ive been working at Kroger for a year and a half but Ive grown tired of it. Im not getting paid enough money and the store is just disgusting to me. I just was wondering is there anyway for me to receive my union dues back from the past two years due to me not having anything associated with or from the union. Theyve have taken 10% of $8,000 I have made this year and I need that considering my college funds.
Thats not how it works. I pay car insuranc and dont use it for they year they arent going to give me back all that money. Thats how they make their money.
I'm not 100% sure since I'm not in the union, but I think you can write off your union dues when you do your taxes, so you can get at least some of the money back that way, I think.

Thats a good question I dont remember signing up for the union because when I started working there I was 17 and I dont remember giving papers to my parents to sign or maybe it was in the orientation paperwork.
