I fell asleep and accidentally left my container of pico de gallo outside the fridge after cooking. How long till it goes bad? I left it outside for about 5 hours.

If it's just vegetables, I'm pretty sure you are still good after 5 hrs.

 Pico de Gallo contains at least two natural preservatives; Salt and Citric Acid (in lime juice which is an ingredient in many recipes of Pico De Gallo) .   Your PdG is fine.

Smell it.

If it smells off, toss it.

It's probably fine for now, but it will spoil sooner than if it were refrigerated the whole time.
