Im in the Southwest division(034) Im part time.I took over nutrition in November. Im december The Grocery coordinator certified me/I completed all the ACTs, he filled out all the paperwork and gave it to my HR Manager. Fast forward weeks later Im in my store managers office with him and the HR ASM saying that his boss(Im assuming District GM) said not to certify me/give me full time because the position/department is going away Since Nutrition is getting integrated into the aisles With my stores next remodel.
WTF. Im number 2 in my district in sales 50k+. Ahead of marketplace stores that already are integrated that has nutrition in the aisles. They still have leads and a nutrition department. i Told my managers Im thinking of quitting and they offered to code me full time(which you cant and still hasnt happened yet) all for a measly 25cent raise instead of maxing out as a lead. Nutrition leads are still in the contract how can it be Going away?
