Hey I have been using the work number for years to print/download my w2 i have never had any trouble. with it. but this year i cant seem to get logged in. when i enter my ssn as my login Id I just get and error. I have also tried filling out the I forgot my user id forms and despite putting in what i know to be the correct information it wont let me reset anything.
