well there was a guy in frozen who kept looking at me and i was like eww gross an dthen he started like talking to me and i was like vomit in my hand, so I called ethics hotline on him. he got fired haha. I mean i'm young n hot and he was old (he's at least 26) and ugly an i deserve a hot guy so yea i called the hotline

A customer made me their bitch and kept harassing me.  Management kept telling us to deny price over rides to ward off theft.  A customer got really irate with me and verbally screamed, yelled, cursed and lightly drug me to the price tag.  PCI on duty did squat about this.  He was actually allowing the customer to punish me on duty while sending me to the break room as a detention time out.  She would not leave until I was fired or off premises.  Management got her verbally offensive harassment on the phone the next day and I was punished for her b.s. towards me.  Called ethics regarding it because it was getting to the point of unsafe.  I warned management next time this happens I would call the police.  I also filed a discrimination complaint with the government to open their eyes not all was well at my location.  Yes, I'm disabled.  I have VCFS with vip a learning mental disability and spinal degeneration which was diagnosed and being fixed about the time this incident happens.  Do you realize how tender and painful your back gets when its' off by 26.7% on one side and being healed/corrected back to 0% off?  In addition to dealing with mourning for three individuals?  I could literally care less about a customer bitching about 30 cents.

I'm not going to discuss the nature of the call, but I have called EthicsPoint once in the past. The person that I spoke with was very professional and thorough. I explained the situation while he took notes and asked some questions. He then put me on hold briefly while he compiled the notes into a report. He then came back on the line and read to me the report that he had put together, which basically contained what I had told him. The report was submitted, I was given a means to check the status of the report online, and five days later a district HR rep came out to my store. We talked for a bit and the situation was resolved to my satisfaction.

 Customer put hands on to take me somewhere to show me the price (STILL incorrect) after verbally abusing me. I pulled back and smiled a shark like grin (my pissed off grin) and said politely, "Please do NOT touch me. I cannot afford to lose this job, and time in physical therapy in the hospital wont be fun for you.) He was shocked and stammered in his country they do that...it want meant to be taken as a threat. Uhhhh....yeah. NO! in the USA, MY COUNTRY, you do that, you're gonna get hurt.

 

Ethics was called but nothing came of it. They dismissed the call because emphasizing MY country was not enough to look into biggrin
