I have a couple of 4-hour paid personal days, but my supervisor wanted to know if I could come in after my doctor's appointment. In the greatpeople website, I've used one of my old personal days from when I was a cashier. In the site, it says it counts as 4 hours. I wouldn't mind getting another 4 hours but I don't want it to nullify that time or get me in trouble
Well, it says '4 hours' in the time off section of greatpeople and 'Hours: 0.00' in the schedule part, so did the use of the personal day actually work?
I had had those personal days, but it was said that I'd lost them after I moved from front end to pharmacy (I'm the same person posted above)

As long as it is not overtime, they will pay you for the ph day. Double check with your store manager. Payroll has backdated ph days for me as far back as 3 months. I was out of time to use them and payroll offered to find week that I didn't work 40 hours.
The mode to check ph days on the time clock and the paystub website are not always accurate. Whoever does payroll(or store manager) is able to look it up and see how many ph days you have left.
Or, look thru your paystubs this year and count how many ph days you have used already.
