lol. Seen some good stuff his week. A gallon of milk drop on the ground and started leaking so the associate grabbed it and put it back in the cooler leaking milk on other items lol. Another associate grabbed some chips from the back of receiving that were already opened and just chomped away. And this other fricken associate knocked over mop water in the back and sped walked away from the mess lol. Funny stuff
My personal faves of last week, had asked one chick to wash one of the dirty pans I had just transferred some old salad out of, in the back. And she went hysterical cause the dishwasher at the store is not like her's at home. I was like we have a sink too(mind you the dishwasher is a simple push the button, let it fill and then press the button to get it going when it's ready deal, what was complex about that I don't know). But she totally spazzed and ran off to help a customer on the counter.
Then this other chick decided to prop herself up in the corner of the deli counter and proceed to tell me about customers waiting and so forth to be helped. Which granted they were. But um aside from myself there was only one other person doing about a dozen plus party trays that day. As hardly ANY of the afternoon people want to learn how to do them. So I was going back and forth trying to get this meat, cheese, etc. cut or transferred from Produce. And yet, she is going to to stand right in front of the customers telling ME to stop what I'm doing so I could help them? Mind you I helped one or two customers on my own. But it's like dude, turn yo ass around and help said customers too. Like damn.
And although I didn't personally find it funny. One of my deli back up managers was cracking up over the fact that one of our new chicks had wrapped her finger up a thing of cheese instead of a paper towel when she had cut herself last night.
we got one who used about 15 pouches of spill magic to dry up a small trail of dawn dish liquid, god-damn oxygen thieves I tell ya!
Lol, we have front end people using spill magic on small WATER spill. What happened to a mop? Or a squeegee when you are near a drain?
We had one who used neither to clean up 3 water bottles that broke. They just kicked them under the shelves.
Some one at my store did something like that only not only did the ones kick it under but rather then mop it up or put a wet floor sign up they were stomping the water on the floor with thier foot splashing it over the products till the puddle was mostly gone...
that's what happens when you just pull people off the streets with no education or common sense. Work retail in a Kroger store before you start posting this c#rap! You have no idea the sh*it customers put us through and how rude they can be. Jack As*s
