We in our store have MAJOR issues with a manager that just transferred into our store. She is a co-manager (I think) there are two managers above her. VERY rude to employees and I know of at least 4 complaints filed thru the Union against her. Or does Kroger just transfer managers who have been problems at other stores into other locations? This is really unbalancing the atmosphere of the store for both customers and employees.
Put a 'Me-Too- er case on her, that kicks anyone's ass these days
(S e r i o u s l y. Be imaginative, make the possibility more plausible than her ability to deny it....chances are, with all the other issues her superiors are having with her, it could tip the balance)
Sadly Ive only seen it happen in situations of sexual harassment. Krogers solution seems to be to move them to stores that will make them want to leave the company. Makes it easier to avoid wrongful termination lawsuits or other claims.
