I have been reading online that there are certain pharmacy tech level position titles. Currently my position title shows as "Pharmacy/Technician 2", but I have seen some people report of there being a "Technician 3" which is higher up. Is this true? I have been certified through PTCB for 3 (going on 4) years and working at Kroger for 4 years. I have also completed a degree and requested that management updated my education not 1, not 2, but...THREE times and still no update on that. They also have not updated my PTCB certification which has been given to them 3 times, so Express HR reads that my certification is expired--maybe another reason that my title is possibly incorrect.
I have requested a copy of my contract and received nothing.
