Can replenishment clerks non cashier trained do night crew duties? I ask because my store is starting to use ccs for several journeyman positions.
Depends on your contract.
Most contracts do not allow CC to stock product or replenish product. Go backs only. Help remove product when power goes out too.
It would have to be an emergency to allow them to.
If they want you to stock product, then they need to make you a clerk and give you the pay raises.
Ask your local union representative about it.

Replenishment clerk or courtesy clerk?
The former is a daytime stocker, the latter is a bagger.
Courtesy clerks (baggers) have very specific task lists they are allowed to do, and are paid less than others around the store.
Most other employees (contract dependent) can be asked to do about anything that needs doing.
