Cashiering today and this old man just farts and he didn't even try to mask it or hide it he just let that **** rip. He didn't even care that people were behind him or the person bagging his **** or ME. it smelled pretty bad and the 2 woman behind him were just looking at him in such disgust!

Have a little compassion. Most of the employees bragging on this forum about how they love to fart at work are young (probably teenagers or early 20s). So the age of this person you describe as "OLD" is completely and totally irrelevant. It's happened to everybody once in a while, no matter how old or young they are.
The poor guy might have had a big meal (beans?) a short time before, and just couldn't hold it in. Or he was feeling sick and couldn't help it. Or he was getting back at you young'uns for doing it to him in the past!
PS. If you are REALLY LUCKY, you are going to get old some day too!!! And youngsters ( like you are now) will probably be making fun of you. WARNING!!! Time goes by VERY VERY FAST. Surprisingly fast, and it seems to go faster the older you get. Don't forget that! You will be amazed. 1983 seems like a few months ago to me. Here it is 35 years later. Where did the time go????????
Oh. I thought this was going to be about soiled diapers, a lack of bathing and personal hygiene in general, or maybe trying to hide both/either of those by marinating in perfume/cologne.

WRONG. (Of course the ones who have been posting that here ARE trolls, but that is beside the point.) People (both employees and customers) do fart occasionally at work. Not one employee has EVER been fired or EVER WILL be fired from Kroger just because they passed some gas. Sometimes it can't be held in.
