Yeah, i've done that before for all the stores i've worked at. It's good to see positive reviews, but i'm always afraid of finding bad comments about me/my department on there. lol
I did at one point. Most of them were about what you would expect, except for one.
It was someone complaining that we don't hire black people and are racist because they didn't see enough black employees on the floor.
The thing is, this is a suburb that's predominantly white or latin(o/a). You can't throw a rock without hitting your local Kroger in this city. Our employees are pretty representative of the local ethnic mix, and you aren't going to see a lot of people driving more than a few miles to work at a Kroger in the current job market when they likely have one close to home. Even if we hired every black person who applied-- which, given our hiring needs, we probably do!-- we'd still by far have a light-skinned majority.
