So from what I hear you get a week of vacation time after being at kroger for a year, but my question is, can that week be broken up into days or does it have to be a straight week?
Like if I wanted one day off and then 2 months later another day could I count those both as vacation or would it have to be a solid week?
Has to be one week. Once you earn three vacations (I think it is) then you can split one up into single days or sell one entirely.
You should get two personal days too at the same time I think.
Mine is the same way but it all depends on the OP's contract. He or she should contact their store's union steward and ask for a copy of the contract book. Every employee has the right to have one.
