I'm going through the Leadership Foundations program for grocery, but I don't feel that it is going to prepare me for the actual certification. I'm hoping to get any information to prepare me for certification. I know people usually respond by saying "why don't you get info from people in your own store" but that just hasn't happened. Nobody has the time or interest to get me ready. Thanks in advance :)
