Frozen lead isnt worth the it. Trash pay, bare minimum hours given, to much work. if you want lead in frozen rent a ice cream truck and lead the block by making kids happy youll make more money too!
Don't take frozen! It's a crock. Too much work with more added every time you turn around. Going through every pallet even if only one layer of stuff is yours. Try breaking down and restacking a whole bakery pallet just to get your fruit off the very bottom otherwise the boss bitches. Never any help. Oh and they never budget enough hours. My dept always has 60+ hours of work a week to be done according to the weekly planner yet it is just me. I would transfer out but there aren't any openings in my region.

Duh merchandiser. Do merchandisers get paid more? I would do that.
