Can you get in trouble for leaving when scheduled? 3 different schedules UPDATE
Permalink

Ok so I was also OP for "3 different schedules"

From there on I go in the week before to check the paper schedule upstairs and make sure the ESchedule correlates. However I do not have access to the break schedule which for some reason was incorrect today. The printed schedule upstairs said I was working 6 hours. For some reason the break schedule said I was working 8 hours, 2 of those hours were outside my availability i.e. later than I stay. I'm totally fine staying later if they need to and I'm available to but THIS HAS GOT TO STOP. Ask me if you need me later 6/10 I'll say yes but consistently scheduling me outside of my availability is ridiculous.

You need to show the three schedules to the store manager and ask which one you are supposed to follow.  Get the union involved if they are not

following your availability.  If you are full time, you can't be unavailable too often.  Part timers get some leeway for availability.

Or, take pictures of each schedule and when they try to write you up, ask them which one you are supposed to follow.

Whatever is written on the paper schedule at 6 PM on Saturday is the schedule you will work the upcoming week.  It doesn't matter what's on the break schedule or what's on E-Schedule.  The paper schedule is the official schedule.  Any changes made after 6 PM Saturday have to be approved by you.  They can't go around changing people's schedules after the week has already begun

Or, get DNA evidence, a Title 7 wire tap authorization, finger prints in situ, and at least thirty documented testimonials for the massive law suit you should bring forth-with!
