One of our co-managers was called into our regional office about a month ago. The person in question has about 10 filed complaints with the Union. I was talking to my store manager and another manager just shooting the breeze and this subject came up. They said it "is never a good thing" when you get called into that office. Then we moved on to other more pleasant stuff. I wonder if this was a disciplinary action or ?!? Who would initiate such a meeting? The store manager or the Union? I heard about this from my Union rep.
If called to "Office" its by HR and or the District Manager. If the Union make a case to HR, then HR would initiate the "conversation". Normally, if your called its never a good thing and most likely a warning to change your ways or else.

The fact is, nobody but management directly connected with that situation knows the answer/s. Everything on here is just gossip and speculation. I think that's why EUID keeps getting blasted; this person acts like they actually have the facts on everything.
Another possibility---more gossip and speculation, technically----is, maybe this manager is actually in line for a promotion. It's not impossible.
