So I was asked to help in a certain department today after a regular employee in that department quit literally yesterday. It's not my normal department, but I have helped out before. I was originally off, but since I was asked and I told the dept head to call me if they needed help, I said okay. Originally I was going to stay home relax, fast, read my Bible and do spiritual strengthening, but seeing the situation I agreed to come in for 8 hours. It takes me anywhere from 1 and a half to 2 and a half hours to get to work depending on the time of day. as my shift is supposed to begin, here comes the idiot annoying, coming around me when I paged someone else to override me. Not only do I hate the csm, I do not want her around me. I do not work front end. But people at my store, they don't care that you don't want them around you, they feel they have every right to be in your personal space. She was the last person I wanted to see, and she knows I hate her. She was very nasty to me when I worked front end in the past. So after I refuse to be around her, she calls a comanager and complains about me then he gets pissed and is mad thinking I was rude to her. Remember this is before I can even clock in. I did not page her for help, and I have gone to human resources about this idiot in the past and I don't work in her department anymore, what other hints does she need ti see that I despise her? What annoyed me is how even though I came in last minute, to help in a different dept, to cover a shift for someone who quit. And even though I'm a hard worker, when a useless a s s hole, like this front end manager, opens her dirty disgusting mouth to complain, that I won't pretend to be her friend, she is taken seriously and I am treated badly. There was a ton of stuff to stock in this department today, I don't know who else would have done it, maybe someone else would have, but I did not have to come in, and I did not need the money. I was asked to help so I did and I was treated like crap for it. Any idiot that gets mad that I won't pay them the attention they feel they are entitled to, goes to management and complains, gets taken seriously, even though they're are lazy and don't care. This csm's friend just got fired and escorted out of the store, she has no credibility. She would never stock shelves to help out, and she would not bother to ask her own staff to help either. Next time they can ask her to do it.

I understand why the other person quit so abruptly, and how I was treated is what I get for picking up the shift. Should have let them deal with the consequences. I am the dumb a s s trying to help, but I learned my lesson, I will never do that again. I will stay home and praise God like I was supposed to.

She was not professional, since her best buddy got fired, she wants to associate with me to make it like she gets along with someone decent which doesn't get escorted out if the store by look for fraud. Then she went and complained that I was rude to anyone that would listen. If she was professional she would have left it alone and went to do her job, because I was not there to work for her. She is trash and continuously proves it. No one likes her that all go to other departments to complain about her behind her back. I am not a martyr, I'm a damn good employee, and I doubt much work would have gotten done in that department if I didn't come in to help today. Only thing you are right about is that I should have said no. And another thing, Go F u c k Yourself! When I go into work tomorrow, none of the mangers should say hi to me, just act like you don't see me, that would be fine.
