Is it just me or are OSAT scores a lot lower across the board than what they used to be? I remember several years ago the store i was in had a score around 68% and now the store i'm at (different store) is in the mid 40's. Am i in a bad store or have the scores dropped everywhere?

I think the workers have crummy attitudes now because of low wages

The scores have dropped, because of customers. People are feeling more and more entitled as the decade goes by. If you don't have what they want, they give bad scores and bad comments about their entire visit.

In reality OSAT has has always been subjective, which causes everyone answers to be different. I think they should actually make the surveys more easily done. I know another retailer that asks questions on the POS Pinpad, so before you can pay or finalize the purchase you have to answer a question. Was the store clean? Yes/No, Was the Cashier friendly? etc..... The more the questions are Black/White, the more the information will be useful. Highly Un-Satisfied, Un-Satisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Highly Satisfied means different things to everyone! If asked if ......All the items you were looking for in-stock? The answer is always Yes/No, not a range of sanctification. Also, if you haven't noticed employees are not the same as past years, all the experienced associates have almost disappeared or are proportionally very low compared to new hires.
