Depends on your union contract. Here it is 1 15 min break at 4 hours. At 7 hours you will add on a 30 minute unpaid lunch. At 8 and a half hours you get 2 fifteen minute paid breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch.

I don't take my hour lunch just the 2 15's and im full time

Around here the only people who ever take a lunch are minors. We just take 2 15 minute breaks.

None of the stores that I've worked at in Southwest Division do lunches regardless of whether the person is a minor or an adult.

Anything under seven hours is a fifteen minute paid break.

Anything over seven hours is one thirty minute paid break.

That's it.

I think it's Ohio law that minors have to have a lunch.

Im pretty positive its a required 30 minute lunch before the 4 hour mark, and they also require a 15 min break, or their employer is fined 15000 dollars or something.
