Hey so I got hired on the spot at a Kroger near me. The store manager said it'll take about 2-3 days for my background check to come through. However, it's been 1.5 weeks and I still haven't heard anything.
I'm not from this state so i'm wondering if that's the reason why it's taking so long.

How long did yours take?
There was one guy who was hired on the spot as well and he started working before the back ground check even came back. When they found out they told him he had to wait to come back to work until they got it. It took them 3 weeks... Youll have to call and pester them cause kroger flat out sucks.
