is anyone for Cincy looking at the Nashville Division? It is a hot mess.

 

starting pay$7.30......so many people can live off of that

 

district 1 is just a disaster. How is the HR manager of the district (shay mcadoo) a person who ran a million dollar store into the ground? A person who yelled at her associates on and off the floor at 884, a person who says I dont do much because thats not how you get promoted here.    Thats the HR person.  Come

on Kroger Nashville. you are a mess.  Failing district, failing division

 

 

anyone else care to comment on the problems in Nashville. Could be a long thread.

All districts are failing.  We had a co-manager promoted to SM here in Dayton Ohio after he was charged with DM and his lawyer had it pleaded down to a disorderly conduct.  These managers are pure evil and it's not just yours.

Thats how kroger is they promote idiot store managers and dm with little or no people skills who have a napoleoon complex

Every district in Nashville division is a disaster, not just district 1. We can't keep anyone, but that's Kroger for you.

Jules smith the DM is making the place worse. - but then again, he didnt cause krogers miserable culture/environment. That was caused by a collection of bad ideas, policies that started a long time ago and now their harvest is coming in... He is just not making it better. He is continuing the destruction. Im not sure though  if the executives know about his personal attacks which cross the line from justifiable corrections related to job performance into personal attacks and dehumanizing ppl or they just don't care or give him his marching orders but he is going to lose good managers.
