So I usually get my check deposited by 6:30 on Wednesday nights. A coworker has a similar setup. But nobody I know can even connect to express HR on or off the Kroger internet. And nobody has gotten their pay yet, from my store, at least. Is anyone else having this problem?
Fear not, guys. The paychecks are coming. At least for me they are. I admit, it's a few hours late. But I just signed on to my bank account and the paycheck deposit is pending, clearing tomorrow. I normally see this earlier in the day, but I'm seeing it now.
So rest easy, I think the paychecks will be delivered, just a few hours late.
Youre not getting paid. Kroger has secretly went under and the higher ups are hoarding the funds as youre reading this. Its been a all day thing. Youre all free now go find a different job. we will no longer contribute to your tiny check.
Same issue here at store 12 in AZ. Express HR is up for maintenance and no one has gotten paid yet. When I checked on it, at the fuel center, it said that the maintenance is going to continue until Friday, I believe. However, when I checked Express HR just now to see just how much I had gotten paid, there is no accessing the site at all.
I am not sure about the paystubs. But my direct deposit went in my bank. Ha I changed to Netspend the card that you can get paid up to 2 days early. It went in at 10:51 PM Wednesday. So I guess when they are not having problems it could go in earlier. Mine usually goes in between 1 am and 4 am Thursday mornings. The only complaint I have about the whole direct deposit thing is. If you change banks you have to wait a week they will mail you a check after you change it then the next it will be fixed. I do not understand why it takes a week. The reason I changed was I originally had it in my main bank. Then I changed it to my KPF Prepaid but found out you have to wait 24 hours after a deposit to get cash from the ATM. When I called they told me that was their policy. When I first got my KPF I had direct deposit to it and there was no waiting to get cash. Someone asked why do you have to wait 24 hours I pointed at the Kroger logo on the card and said that is why anything with the name Kroger is possessed. I guess after a year or 2 after going back that policy changed so I changed to the Netspend Card. Also if you get over $100.00 at self checkout they charge $3.00 I hate that also. I hope it works next week I get it earlier than 10:51 PM.

I know I was rude to you and I'm sorry. Please tell me how you are set up to get early pay. Do you also have Netspend?
When were you rude to me? Oh, I didn't know that was considered early. It must be because of my bank. And no, I do not use netspend, I have an account with Kemba credit union.
