Not only rude, but he told an outright lie. He must not be very smart.
100% of the customers can be entirely satisfied with their visit, checking "SATISFIED" on their online survey, and the resulting OSAT score for the store will be a big fat ZERO!!!! Why? Because the survey only counts "HIGHLY SATISFIED" responses as "good". Everything else is "BAD". It is skewed so heavily against the employees that are busting their butt (to do as good of a job as they possibly can with the measly hours allotted to their respective departments).

Regarding various OSAT scores/etc, be glad Kroger doesn't have a policy like Office Depot. Anything under a 100% score is considered a "failure"---there is no leeway for customers who make unsubstantiated complaints. They consider a complaint a complaint even if it is not valid.
