OK here is the situation. We have two sets of doors in our store, one is the main entrance and the other a set of doors near our produce area. Atlanta division Loss Prevention has for the past year instructed us to close the Produce doors at 9PM (it used to be 10PM.) Also they have told us once the doors are locked that we are NOT to reopen them under any circumstances to let customers in our out. They are to go in/out thru our main entrance (this is for safety and security reasons.) Customer last night claimed I was "rude" because I would not reopen our Produce door to let him out. We have a sign we place in that lobby instructing people to go to the main entrance after 9PM-and the doors reopen at 6AM. What time does your store close it's secondary doors?

Yep, we have the same thing here at our store. Two doors. We close ours at 9PM too. Our store has 3 Uscan clusters, and so we also close the main Uscan cluster at 9PM too and leave the other two on. All the remaining cashiers move to the registers that are further away from the front doors, which is where our other two Uscan clusters are.
